You can have the entire home to yourself! Why pay a hotel the same amount for two beds and a TV when you can have an entire home with a fenced yard and a full functioning kitchen? Bring your wine, and be ready for lots of R&R! Carefully designed to be super cozy, you won’t regret staying here!

You will be able to access all areas of the home except for the garage. If you are staying during a home transition and need additional space such as the garage, please inform us prior so we can make arrangements to accommodate you. All exterior of property are under surveillance as to adhere to our strict no house parties and no illegal activities rule. Violations of these rules will result in immediate termination of your stay with zero refund!

*If you do not have any reviews there will be a $500 deposit charged after booking.
*For safety, security, and convenience, the sides, front, and back entrance to the house is monitored by Ring cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Cameras are recording audio and video.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
